Precision Parts Manufacturer | About Wiseton

precision parts manufacturer unitWiseton Industries was founded in 2000 by Olivier Ye as a trading company sourcing cast parts in China for European customers.  Very quickly Olivier realised that he could not control the quality that he expected and needed.  Wiseton set up its own castings facility and from that point forwards grew and evolved quickly as the diverse precision parts manufacturer and manufacturing, assembly business that it is today.

Wiseton work with a range of clients across many different industries but primarily in the Automotive, Mobility and Automation sectors.  Through continuous re-investment we have a large range of CNC milling centres, lathes, drills, gear cutting machines, robotic welding cells and semi-automatic welders along with their own powder coating facility.

One of the key elements to the growth of our business is our focus on Quality throughout the business.  Some key dates in this development are:

2002       ISO9001:2000

2006       ERP introduced

2008       ISO9001:2008

2012       Level A export accreditation

2014       ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007

To support its quality approach Wiseton has also continuously invested in inspection equipment. We have a range of items that support our team to ensure that we always meet or exceed any specification.

We have a stable and experienced management team consisting of:

  • Project managers
  • Machining and welding process engineers
  • Quality control engineers
  • Sales and customers service team

Many of our team are able to communicate at a high level in both written and spoken English.  The operations team is highly trained and multi-skilled ensuring flexibility is maintained in line with our customer needs.

In order to exchange information with our customers as seamlessly as possible Wiseton have invested in and operate SolidWorks and Autocad but we can handle most 2D and 3D formats.
